Check before you import
Choose a comma-separated CSV with name and email or phone columns. The checker reports missing names, missing contact channels, email-format concerns, repeated emails, and column-count mismatches. It also flags suspicious spreadsheet formula prefixes. Nothing is corrected or removed automatically.
Understand the results
Row numbers refer to parsed records, including the header; a quoted multiline field remains one record. Repeated email addresses are review suggestions, not proof that two people are the same. Email syntax checks cannot establish ownership or deliverability. Phone checks cannot establish whether a number is reachable.
Keep control of your file
The tool reads the selected file locally in your browser. It does not upload contacts, store a copy, or send your input values to analytics. Keep the original, review flagged rows, and try a small sample in the Happitap import flow before bringing in the full list.
