Find the context before a conversation
Allow an assistant to look up a contact, read company details and find records that match your saved criteria. Your assistant needs a compatible connection; these are tools for your chosen assistant, not a built-in chat agent.
Save research where your team can find it
An approved workflow can write reviewed information into existing fields—for example, service needed or renewal date. Happitap checks the field type before saving. Your research process should check accuracy and record its sources.
Let your team approve new fields
If the information has nowhere to go, an assistant can propose a new field. An administrator reviews the proposal before the field is created. The assistant can then save values using the approved field.
Choose what the assistant can do
Start with permission to read. Give separate access to contacts, companies and custom fields as needed. Set an expiry, remove access when finished, and review recent connection activity.
Connect with help from your developer
Happitap supports an API for apps and MCP for compatible AI assistants. Setup requires a workspace token and a client that supports custom authorization headers. Updating a record does not automatically send a message or launch a campaign.
