A useful page. Your next connection.
Save contacts and companies from a webpage to Happitap. Review the details, keep the source context, and check for existing records before saving.
Requires a Happitap workspace and a dedicated API token. Reads pages only when you click. You review the form before sending it to your workspace.
Choose where each answer belongs
Use the shared field-mapping screen to match incoming answers to your fields. For example, send “Project spend” from a form to your Budget field. Preview a sample before saving.
Keep dates, numbers and choices consistent
Choose the date format your source uses. Match yes/no answers and choice labels to the fields in Happitap. Invalid values are flagged so they do not quietly become incorrect records.
Decide what happens to existing records
Skip matches, fill empty fields or replace the fields you select. Empty incoming values do not erase existing details. Contacts match by email, or phone when email is absent; companies match by their domain.
Connect people to their companies
Map company information separately from contact details. Send a company on its own, or send both and link the person to the company. If required details are invalid, the delivery does not save half the record.
Fix an issue and try again
View recent deliveries and see which fields need attention. Correct the mapping and retry a failed delivery, or fix the data in the source app and resend it. Repeated successful deliveries are recognized to avoid duplicate processing.
Start with one connection
Mapping is available for Google Ads, Google Forms, Facebook, LinkedIn, WordPress, Zapier, Make, Pipedream, Pipedrive, Pabbly, Apify and Resend. Each provider needs the appropriate account and setup. Native connections and custom webhook connections have different setup steps; test your chosen source with a sample first.
Spreadsheets work too
You can start without a connected app. Import a CSV or Excel file, choose contacts or companies, and match its columns. Your existing list is enough to begin.
